The ground floor has an open plan living room area, kitchen and dining area. The living room features a corner sofa, widescreen and Satellite TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and the dining area has seating for 6 persons. There is also a W/C on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom has en suite bathroom with shower and W/C and a double bed. The second and third bedroom has a double bed and balcony. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There is also a family bathroom with bath, shower and a W/C.
Outside the large and spacious garden provides an outside shower, barbecue, sun loungers and large private pool. There is also a covered veranda with outside dining table and chairs.
