These Stunning and new four-bedroom villas located in a quiet area of Ayia Napa are the perfect choice for those looking for a relaxing break whilst being close to all beaches and amenities.
As you enter the villas, you will find the large, modern open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, surrounded by large patio doors that lead to the garden and pool area. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa and widescreen TV with Satellite, the dining area has table and chairs to seat 8 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all modern-day appliances as well as a breakfast bar with seating for an extra two people.
You will find one of the bedrooms that has two single beds and doors leading to the garden.

The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets and share a large balcony that overlooks the stunning sea views.
